Premiums are always going up. Benefits are always decreasing, and it’s hard for nearly anyone to find coverage that’s anything more than catastrophic without paying a dear price for it. In addition, things change every year. These days, and individual or family rarely keeps their coverage for more than a year or two. Plans change, carriers drop plans, doctors move networks. People need a health insurance guide.

Like any industry, health insurance has its fair share of grift, and agents who won’t be honest or forthright with you. They will sell you what makes them the most commission whether or not it’s the right fit for you. If you’ve been burned before, it probably leaves you feeling like you have to find coverage by yourself rather than risking your family’s future.

More than anything, health insurance is about peace of mind. It’s knowing you’re covered if something catastrophic happens, and also knowing you have the ability to simply visit a doctor without breaking the bank. While I can’t guarantee to find coverage that you’ll love–sometimes the perfect plan just doesn’t exist–I can promise to find you the best coverage available. That’s the benefit of being a broker appointed with nearly all the major carriers. I’m not forced to offer anyone simply because it’s the only thing I have to offer. If you work with me, you’ll know ALL your options, so you can make the best and most informed decision for you and your family.

I will never sell, or otherwise give your contact information to anyone outside my company for any reason other than to fulfill my obligation of finding the right coverage for you at the right price.
As a broker, I work for you and not any particular health insurance carrier, so my loyalty is to you.
Since I represent most major carriers, I will show you every category of options available to you.
If there is an option with a carrier I’m not appointed with and you feel it’s the best option for you, I will give it to you if I am able.
Since I get paid by the carrier, my service to you comes at no additional charge. You pay the same whether you go right to the carrier’s website, or have me help you. If you request it, I’ll disclose my commission rate to you without hesitation.

Where I came from.
I spent more than twenty years in Christian ministry, traveling the world and learning different cultures. The experience took me to more than twenty countries on five continents and in the process collected countless memories and friends, many of whom I still keep in touch with to this day.
In 2014 I left a lucrative career in one of the riskiest investment industries known to man, working for companies that drilled from South Dakota to Texas. Several dry holes and marketplace volatility made me decide to hang up my drilling hat and pursue something that would involve less risk and center more on helping people, so I chose health insurance.
Later that same year I earned my health insurance license and went to work for The Health Reform Team, which later became The Health Guys. There I managed a team of incredible, hard-working agents and built a book of business that spans more than thirty states and dozens of health insurance carriers. I’ll forever be grateful to the company that gave me my start in this business of helping people.
In June of 2022, I swallowed hard, took the leap, and started Life, Health, and Peace of Mind with the mission of helping people find life and health insurance peace of mind. So, whether you’ve been a client of mine for years, or are brand new, welcome!
